1.鸡去杂质,洗净,沥干,

2.准备好调料与牙签,烤箱纸,

3.用40克盐,把鸡里里外外都抹上,搓揉一会儿,使其入味,

4.把鸡吊起来,晾干2个钟头,这样可以排出水分,鸡肉有弹性。

5.用2张烤箱纸,互相垫好,刷上一层植物油,

6.把鸡的腿剁一下,这样鸡腿可以塞入鸡肚子里,放在烤箱纸上,

7.再把八角,姜,葱放在鸡上,鸡肚子里也塞些,

8.用烤箱纸包住,用牙签固定住,

9.外面再包一层烤箱纸。再用牙签固定住。记得用牙签刺些孔,方便出气。

10.锅里放入2-3斤盐,炒热,

11.趁热铺一层在烤盘上,

12.在盐上放入包好的鸡,再把其余的盐都盖住纸包,

13.烤盘放入预热好的烤箱下层,

14.上下管,220度,烤40分钟,

小窍门&温馨提示
1.最好用粗盐做这道菜。
2.如果有草纸,用草纸做这道菜。
